Test and pilot rigs carried-out at Fives premises in Mulhouse, France, allow the efficient improvement of existing technologies or the development of new technologies.
Ensuring delivery time and process performance
The basic design, risk factors and the procurement strategy can be evaluated thanks to a close collaboration with the customer from engineering phase. When the process is fully defined, investments cost (CAPEX) and operational cost (OPEX) can be precisely estimated. Contractual performances within the execution schedule, mechanical and process warranties are discussed with the customer. Project management activities (time scheduling, cost control, risk management, documentation control, etc.) are conducted by skilled and experienced engineers to guarantee the successful completion of the projects all around the world.

At procurement and construction phases, our project management team ensures the efficient progress of the project.
